What Is on the Rack
Sixty-two shaft profiles and heads across the price range. Nothing here has a sales target attached to it.
Manufacturers We Build With
We hold trial heads for fitting and order finished product direct. If a manufacturer you want is not listed, ask — we can usually order it and fit you on the closest equivalent.
Tip Sections in the Rack
Trial tips let us test a bend profile against your delivery without committing to a full build. This is where most of the session's real work happens.
Graphite Lines
- Fujikura — woods and hybrids, multiple weight classes
- Mitsubishi — wood profiles across launch windows
- Graphite Design — premium wood and iron builds
- UST Mamiya — woods, plus lightweight iron options
- Aerotech — graphite iron shafts for lighter builds
Steel Lines
- True Temper — the full iron weight range
- KBS — iron and wedge profiles
- Nippon — lighter steel for moderate speeds
- Project X — firmer profiles for faster deliveries
Weight class gets decided before brand, always. Two shafts at the same weight from different houses feel different, but the weight decision is the one that changes your numbers most, so it happens first.
The Cheapest Fitting Variable
Grip size changes how much the hands can rotate the club, which changes face angle at impact. It costs almost nothing to test and gets skipped almost everywhere.
- Golf Pride — full size and texture range
- Lamkin — corded and hybrid compounds
- SuperStroke — putter grips and oversize options
- Build-up tape sizing to a quarter increment
How Things End Up on the Rack
A component gets stocked when it fits somebody. That is the whole rule. If a shaft profile keeps turning out to be the answer for golfers in the Midlands, it earns a permanent trial tip. If nobody has been fitted into a line for two seasons, it comes off.
We take no placement money, no display allowances and no volume rebates from any manufacturer. That constrains what we can discount, and it is the trade we chose.
